Yeah, the icon-community did lose a lot of people, but they all left for tumblr. Not much of a migration in this direction. And the ones that ended up here mostly didn't care about shiny graphics all that much, so the makers that tried starting up on dw mostly drifted off. At this point, timetobegin is pretty much willing it into existence on this platform. (there are more icon makers about, but the communal part isn't there)
